Industrie Borla s.p.a. wants to communicate that, on 17.7.2013, the Agenzia delle Entrate - Direzione Provinciale I di Torino, in the exercise of its power of “self-guardianship”, ordered the complete cancellation of the notice of assessment n. T7E030305867, issued by the charges contained in the tax audit report, prepared by Guardia di Finanza as a result of the tax audit conducted against the company during 2012.
All the allegations made by Agenzia delle Entrate, formulated on the assumption that the Irish company Listal Ltd. was a “permanent establishment” of Industrie Borla s.p.a., with a requirement to declare income in Italy, proved to be totally without foundation, demonstrating the correctness of the company.
It was definitively recognized the correctness of the conduct of the company, that has always worked with seriousness and commitment, in compliance with National and International levels, and with the cooperation of its employees, suppliers and customers has been able to develop cutting-edge technologies market in a very competitive market, to become a leader in the industry.
The complete cancellation of the notice of assessment also demonstrates the complete groundlessness of the reports in the National press, according to which Industrie Borla s.p.a. would been responsible for a large tax evasion. This applies, in particular, for article entitled: “ Scoperta maxi-evasione della multinazionale per 60 milioni di ricavi ”, published in the newspaper “La Stampa”, but also for articles published on the website of “La Repubblica” (“ Da Torino all'Irlanda evasione per 60 milioni ”), on “Il Sole 24 Ore” (“ Quando la plastica porta il profitto in Irlanda ”) and on the websites of Adnkronos “ Gdf di Torino scopre evasione per 60 milioni, azienda operava in Irlanda ” ed ANSA (“ Evade fisco producendo in Irlanda ”).
We enclose, for better understanding,
the measure of cancellation issued by Agenzia delle Entrate.
